Hello Baguio!!

I can't say that I am having fun, but I am in a happy and peaceful state. I needed privacy and I finally got it. Temporarily, though. After this summer term, I'll go home again to chaos.

UPDATES:

• Calculus. Hmm. Got a 40% on my first exam. That's all. Tuesday: 2nd exam.
  
• Miguel? He's my "pet" for the summer. Haha. And I'm his maid.
  
• Friends. Made a new friend, Chesca/Cheese/Keso. Cori's sister who looks and talks exactly like her ate. Fun fun. We're living under the same roof with Cori, Cheese and Mij. Cori and Mij were my housemates before under Luis Mario's (Luis Mario: our house in Cab Hill, named by psycho LJ, Pau's first kiss. LOL)
• Food. I'm surviving on cheese sandwiches, porkchops (c/o SM Bonus, Php 10 each), eggs, Magic Creams (choco coated: YUMMEH! FT!), de latas and Jojovel's (a local carinderia. Super sulit!!!) liempo, sisig or pigar-pigar. Haven't eaten at Betty's (another local carinderia, serving up roasted chicken) yet, but I will...soon.
• Entertainment. I finished reading The Arabian Nights, and now I'm currently reading LOTR, The Fellowship of the Rings. Movies, watched some (You I love, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Hell Ride, Rock n Rolla, Itty Bitty Titty Committee and Thumbsucker). We were using Mij's new laptop (shala!) because my laptop's soundcard is still busted. Music, listening to Miguel's guitar (nonstop Flight of the Bumblebee and other guitar pieces), SoKo, Radiohead, No Doubt, Metric, Coltrane etc. Our music is limited 'cos Miguel's HD is busted too. Another entertainment: UKAY WINDOW SHOPPING @ TOYS SECTION with Mij and Chesca! Fun!
• Responsibility. What? Oh wait. I just finished doing my chores. Haha! Cleaned our room, washed my clothes and cleaned the bathroom after doing my laundry. Haven't done that at home. SSS and NBI Clearance, got mine last week. TIN, working on it. License, next week. Work, looking for one. I sent out my bio-data (eek with the bio-data) to Volante, a pizza restaurant in Session Road. I badly need a job to survive!

That's basically what I have been doingfor the past two weeks. Tomorrow, Andrea's gonna be here with us. She's Miguel's younger sister. We're gonna help her look for boots. Haha. Ukay galore! And we're gonna make some wicked Oreos! Mmm!

Thursday, I'm going home. Friday, in the wee hours, flight to Iloilo, then Bora til Sunday.

May klase/lab ako kanina ng 10am-1pm. Alas onse y media pa lang, kumakalam na sikmura ko dahil di ako nakapag breakfast (dahil rin kasi walang breakfast na nakahain). Nung patapos na yung klase, sakto na-open up nung isa kong kaklase yung paper namin sa isang major. Bawal daw pala ang internet sources. Buti nalang na bring up yun. Edi right after class, diretso na kong main lib para maghanap ng sources tungkol sa tropical diseases. Naghanap ako for 3 hours dahil konti nalang yung books na may ganung topic, so hinanap ko pa sila sa katakut-takot na Social Sciences Stacks section. Siyempre bago ko hiramin at i-uwi, nagbasa muna ako para naman hindi na ako babalik para maghanap ulit kung sakaling mali man yung nakuha ko. Hindi pa ako kumakain nun, so minadali ko nang tapusin at umuwi na. Eto pa, umulan ng malakas. Buti nalang may payong ako. Pagdating ko sa bahay, nagplano na ako na kakain muna ako tapos matutulog para mag-umpisa nang magtrabaho dun sa papel ko. Nagpaluto na ako agad ng kahit anong pwedeng lutuin at kainin. Naglabas ng liempo, piprituhin daw at hintayin ko. Edi naghintay ako. After ilang minutes, tinawag na ako. Kain na raw. Edi natuwa naman ako kasi gutom na gutom na ako at paborito ko ang liempo. Pag kagat ko, hilaw pa at matigas. Edi pinaluto ko ulit. Hintay nanaman ako. Tinawag na ako ulit. Ganun pa rin. Tinanong ko na kung wala na bang ibang pwedeng lutuin kasi ang gusto ko lang naman, kumain na dahil hindi pa nga ako kumakain ng kahit ano buong araw. Di ako sinagot. Ang ginawa, pinakuluan yung natitirang karne para lumambot bago prituhin. Sabi ulit, hintayin ko. Edi putangina hintay ulit ako. Mabilis nalang daw yun. Habang naghihintay, nakatulog ako. Mga quarter to 6 ata yun. Tapos nung 7, ginigising ako para kumain na. Edi mainit na ulo ko talaga dahil wala pa nga akong kinakain tapos puputulin pa yung tulog ko. Tumayo na ako para tapos na at makakain na sa wakas.

 Gusto ko lang silang sigawan kanina pero wag nalang, mapapagod lang ako. Eto nalang ang sa inyo. Paghatian niyong lahat.

Comic delays.

I have finished downloading these for I don't know, 3 weeks already? And I've said to myself that I shall read them, especially Infinity Gauntlet, right after I've finished downloading them. I haven't even started yet! The biggest hindrance to this is schooling and all its requirements. Others are the internet, my own laziness, and other nonesense stuff. Will read these eye-poppers during my summer in Baguio.

Yes, I will spend my summer in Baguio. I'm going to take up summer classes there (probably Math 100, Math 101 or P.I. 100 and a GE). I have made my decision, and I've already told Papa about it. But all he replied was, "Bakit?" I just made up a lame excuse--so lame that he would notice it. Because the reason is just so obvious. But it's not just that. I want to get away from this house, and that's all I could think of. Plus I am happy when I am in Baguio, and I want to be happy this summer. Go ahead and go to Boracay without me for all I care. And I wouldn't even enjoy my stay there if I were to come with you especially with the miner around.
